Reservation and Payments
Please confirm your reservation by paying a 30% deposit within 4 hours of booking [Regulations §2.2]. Failure to pay within this time results in cancellation [Regulations §2.4].
The remaining amount must be paid no later than on arrival day, before handing over the keys [Regulations §2.5].
The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation (except for cancellations at least 14 days before arrival) [Regulations §8].
Check-in and Check-out
Stay period: from 4:00 PM on arrival day to 11:00 AM on departure day [Regulations §3.1].
Report your planned arrival time at least 24 hours in advance [Regulations §3.2].
Refundable Deposit
A refundable deposit of 300 PLN per cottage is required, payable online via link (sent after booking confirmation, no later than 1 day before arrival). Refunded automatically within 3 days after check-out, provided no damages [Regulations §6.8].
No Hidden Fees
Listed prices are final and include all fees: tourist tax, utilities, parking, firewood for the fire pit, and bringing dogs — no extra costs.
We Have Restrictions Too 🙂
Absolute ban on frying fish and smoking cigarettes/e-cigarettes inside cottages. Smoking only outside. Violation incurs a 300 PLN fee for ozonation [Regulations §4.8].
